A step-by-step guide in writing a CFW proposal

Proposal Guidelines
Title Page: Insert the PROJECT NAME as a page footer in the essay.- No student or school names are allowed to appear in the proposal
Body:
- Introduction (1-2 paragraphs)
- Provide background information on the local watershed (1 paragraph)
- Identify an issue or concern (1 paragraph)
- Proposed solution (1 paragraph)
- Explanation of solution (5-7 paragraphs)
- Explain the nature and scope of the unique idea (2-4 paragraphs)
- Define environmental benefits (2-4 paragraphs)
- Identify the potential for implementing the idea, including a detailed budget (2-4 paragraphs or chart)
- Conclusion (1-2 paragraphs)
- Include diagrams, graphics & charts
- Include supporting research and development on the local watershed and solution
- Include the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to score bonus points
Citations: All research that has been quoted, paraphrased or summarized must have proper in-text citations (such as APA or MLA guidelines).
